2tbspMayonnaisestore bought or homemade
1largeAvocadosmashed
8slicesWhole Wheat Breadtoasted
1largeTomatosliced
Garlic Powderoptional
Instructions
Start by frying the bacon in a pan. At the same time you can toast your bread in a toaster or toaster oven. When bacon is cooked, remove and place on a paper towel lined plate.
On the bottom bread spread a thin layer of mayonnaise, Then layer the bacon with some tomato layers, followed by some smashed avocado. Sprinkle a little garlic powder if you wish, then cover with the top bread.
Slice diagonally because that is proven to make it taste better.
Notes
You'll notice I didn't add any salt in this recipe. You can if you wish, but I find bacon more than salty enough for the whole sandwich. Of course, you can adjust and add your own seasonings to your own taste.
