Ingredients

  • 200 grams Cottage Cheese I used Ukrainian cottage cheese, but you can use whatever type you prefer
  • 1 Banana
  • 50 grams Walnuts
  • 1 tsp Sunflower Seeds
  • 1 tsp Honey real honey

Instructions

  • In your bowls put the cheese on the bottom. Shake the bowl so it is even.
  • Slice the banana and put half in each bowl. Add a line of walnuts and then sprinkle some sunflower seeds over the banana. Drizzle with honey. Serve.
