In a large mixing bowl, crack the 4 eggs making sure not to get in any shells. Add cracked black pepper and whisk the eggs.
Chop up some Smoked Salmon into small pieces and the Cream Cheese into small chunks and add to the eggs. Whisk lightly to combine.
In a hot skillet, add the butter, and once melted pour in the egg mixture. Let cook without touching it for about 20 seconds, then take a rubber spatula and start scraping the edges towards the center. You want to be careful not to actually cook the salmon, so this whole cooking process should take less than a minute. When it is just about done add a light sprinkling of salt, give it a few more mixes with the rubber spatula, and your scrambled eggs are done.
Place into a serving dish, sprinkle with paprika, and garnish with some baby greens if you want.
