  • 4 Eggs large
  • 100 grams Smoked Salmon
  • 100 grams Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • Salt just a pinch
  • Cracked Black Pepper to taste
  • Paprika to taste

  • In a large mixing bowl, crack the 4 eggs making sure not to get in any shells. Add cracked black pepper and whisk the eggs.
  • Chop up some Smoked Salmon into small pieces and the Cream Cheese into small chunks and add to the eggs. Whisk lightly to combine.
  • In a hot skillet, add the butter, and once melted pour in the egg mixture. Let cook without touching it for about 20 seconds, then take a rubber spatula and start scraping the edges towards the center. You want to be careful not to actually cook the salmon, so this whole cooking process should take less than a minute. When it is just about done add a light sprinkling of salt, give it a few more mixes with the rubber spatula, and your scrambled eggs are done.
  • Place into a serving dish, sprinkle with paprika, and garnish with some baby greens if you want.
