The Godfather

So I truthfully don’t consider this drink a cocktail, as there are only two ingredients. Technically it’s a mixed drink, although the fact that both of the liquids are alcohol can be mistaken for a cocktail. Actually, I could totally be wrong…call it whatever you want. The Godfather is a 1:1 mix of Amaretto and Scotch.
How To Make The Godfather Cocktail

50 ml Single Malt Scotch Whisky. I prefer Glen Moray because it’s a great cheap single malt, perfect for mixing.
50 ml Amaretto Liqueur
Instructions: Add both ingredients to a glass with a large ice ball or cube. Stir. Garnish with an orange peel. Pretty simple, right?
