Malbaroni

Malbaroni Cocktail
Malbaroni with Orange Peel Garnish

Malbaroni is a custom cocktail created at my favorite bar where I live. It is perfect on a warm summers afternoon relaxing with friends. While it has a lot of ingredients, it could be a special parties cocktail as that make a night all the more memorable.

As you can see in the picture, it is served in a rocks glass, with a singular large cube of ice. If you don’t know how to make these, there are custom ice cube sets available here.

If you do decide to make this the Signature Cocktail of your event, I recommend pairing it with these Feta Cheese Stuffed Peppadew Peppers.

Malbaroni Ingredients:

  • 50 ml Bacardi Carta Blanca Rum
  • 30 ml Aperol
  • 10 ml Creme de Cassis
  • 5 ml Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • Orange Peel Garnish

Instructions:

1. In a cocktail shaker add the Rum, Aperol, Creme de Cassis, and the Lemon Juice and shake with ice.

2. Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass and serve with an orange Peel Garnish
