Croissant Sandwiches are an easy way to classy up any breakfast. They’re easy to make and absolutely delicious. You can use bakery made Croissants or make your own using This Recipe.
While you can fill these croissant sandwiches with any ingredients you want, but this recipe is my personal choice with the usual ingredients I have on hand.
Ingredients:
1 Croissant (either store-bought or home made using this classic recipe).
2 Eggs
3 Slices of Tomato
6 Slices of Cucumber
4 Slices Deli Salami (I like this brand, but really you can use whatever you have on hand).
2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
1. Fry the two eggs and sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
2. Cut a pocket in the Croissant and spread the mayonnaise on the bottom. Layer in the Egg, Salami, Lettuce, Tomato, and Cucumber in that order. Serve!
Notes:
It’s perfectly acceptable to use store-bought Mayonnaise, but if you want to make a traditional home made Mayonnaise, check out my personal favorite recipe Here!
